Approximately 3.5 billion individuals, nearly half the world’s population are at risk of malaria. Sanaria’s long-term goal is to immunize populations through mass vaccination programs and use our vaccines in conjunction with standard control measures to halt transmission and eliminate malaria, including drug-resistant malaria, through focal and regional elimination campaigns.
Our short-term goals include preventing malaria in individuals including pregnant women, and young and school age children, especially during seasonal vaccination campaigns.
