Employee of the Month: Praise Nyambiya

The Sanaria employee of the month for January 2020 is Praise Nyambiya.  Praise is a member of the Quality Systems team, responsible for environmental monitoring and water sampling.  Praise was nominated for employee of the month for his dedication to fulfilling an aggressive environmental monitoring return to service schedule after Sanaria’s holiday break shutdown.  This process involved Praise spending long hours and weekends in the CMF. All the while, Praise continues to maintain an optimistic and friendly demeanor to all of his colleagues, which transfers to the attitudes of his coworkers even on the most hectic of manufacturing days.  His selflessness shines through in everything he does, from the quantity of work he takes on for his team to the use of his much deserved overtime checks to help support his parents and younger siblings.  He is an inspiration to us all!

Praise attended Longwood University and obtained a BS in Biology with a health/biomedical concentration. Praise began at Sanaria in October, 2019.
