Employees of the Month:

The Sanaria employees of the month for June, 2020  are Faith Beams and Ray Xu. 

Faith a member of the Materials Management team, responsible for procurement of company supplies for all of our manufacturing campaigns and day-to-day functions. Faith has managed our procurement needs as if it was ‘work-as-usual’ even though we were very suddenly besieged with a global pandemic creating a procurement situation that has never been experienced before.  She has been creative, tenacious, persuasive and resourceful. Her tireless efforts have ensured that we are stocked with needed supplies especially essential supplies like PPE. Her tenacity and resourcefulness in finding and procuring blood really demonstrates why she should be named this month’s employee of the month.  This has allowed us to initiate Production Campaigns and kept our mosquito colony sustained. She is an invaluable member of the Supply Chain Department and a true and precious asset to Sanaria and Protein Potential.

Faith began at Sanaria in January, 2006.

Ray is a single person carrying a huge responsibility. Ray has carried the entire Facilities engineering responsibilities, calibrations and ensured that we are able perform our work successfully. Without fuss, he has taken the responsibility of attending to alarms, differential pressure fluctuations and equipment that need repair. He manages and coordinates numerous vendors, and calibrations. His attention to ensure we never have any out-of-specification in our calibration programs is done so smoothly and efficiently. During our time of COVID19 limitations, Ray has continued ensuring that work goes on, managing our vendors with their activities largely done all by himself. We congratulate Ray on his outstanding performance!
