Employee of the Month: Katie Kindy

The Sanaria employee of the month for August 2021 is Katie Kindy.  Katie, an EM operator, is a member of the Quality Control team , responsible for EM sampling of GMP clean rooms, equipment, personnel, and processes, water sampling and bioburden testing, gowning qualification, and data entry and analysis.  Katie also writes deviations and change controls, order EM materials, and draft SOPs and annual EM. Katie was nominated for employee of the month for the enormous amount of time and energy that she puts in towards environmental monitoring (EM) supporting the manufacturing activities.  In addition to completing the dynamic EM, she is also performing EM equipment logbooks and maintenance, EM trends, water trends, and material inventory for the Quality Control EM team.  Katie is an extremely reliable team member with a great work effort and has never said no to execute any project for Quality Control.

Katie attended Longwood University and received her bachelors in applied mathematics and environmental science.  Katie began at Sanaria in January 2021.
