Employee of the Month: Daniel Ahianyo
The Sanaria employee of the month for October 2020 is Daniel Ahianyo. Daniel is a member of the validation team, responsible for developing and executing IQ,OQ, and PQ protocols, prepping cGMP manufacturing equipment, as well as writing deviations, change controls and SOPs. Daniel was nominated for employee of the month for his attitude, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, and ability to learn and adapt. Since he joined the team, he has volunteered to come early and/or stay late, often with little to no warning. His flexibility and work ethic is unmatched, and the team has been relying on him more and more each day, not just to complete validation projects, but to help the rest of Sanaria deal with deviations, emergencies, COVID absences, and escorting/supervising contractors. When something unexpected comes up and we need an extra person to help out with anything, he usually volunteers to help before we even ask. When someone is so consistently exceptional, it can be hard to pick a single month to nominate him, because the rest of us have gotten so used to him being around to help with anything and everything.
Daniel attended University of Maryland, Baltimore County and received his B.S. in Biochemical Engineering. Daniel began at Sanaria in October 2020.
