Employee of the Month: Hashani Hetterachchi

Our second employee of the month is Hashani. Hashani has been nominated for going above and beyond in organizing Sanaria’s holiday party, spending long hours shopping for materials, preparing and decorating the room, planning the event beforehand with her team, and making sure the party was the best to date. Hashani took care of all this with her usual professionalism, great humor and patience, continuously aware of the needs of the 100 or so guests. This award also recognizes Hashani’s many other contributions to Sanaria, the most important of which is the successful culture in vitro of PfSPZ that will eventually revolutionize the way that PfSPZ vaccines are manufactured. Hashani joined Sanaria in October, 2016.
