Employee of the Month: Faith Beams

The Sanaria employee of the month for January 2023 is Faith Beams.  Faith a member of the Materials Management team, responsible for procurement of company supplies for all of our manufacturing campaigns and day-to-day functions. Faith was nominated for her long-term dedication to Sanaria’s goals and persistence in Sanaria’s procurement department in the face of many trials both personal and professional, over many long years. Faith is able to handle a lot of things at the same time while still keeping the vision of getting the best supplies for Sanaria as the top priority. Finding a common middle ground while negotiating prices with a vendor or manufacturer can be extremely challenging, and yet, somehow Faith always finds a way to come out on top. This is why for all of us with materials and supplies needs for manufacturing or research, the unspoken mantra is “If there is anyone who can get it in or get it done, its Faith”. At no time was this most pronounced than in the aftermath of COVID-related shortages and supply chain issues. Faith handled intense pressure since we depended on her to continue to manufacture Sanaria’s vaccine products. The best part of her demeanor is her integrity and “can do” attitude; just means that she will do what she says and you can hold on to that promise, whatever the obstacle
