Employees of the Month: Yonas Abebe and Asha Patil

The Sanaria employees of the month for September 2023 are Asha Patil and Yonas Abebe. Asha and Yonas lead the Gametocyte team and were nominated for employees of the month for their contributions during recent manufacturing campaigns. Both are responsible, dependable, and dedicated scientists who are two of Sanaria’s longest serving team members. In recent months, Asha and Yonas faced an unusually high workload as manufacturing schedules were ramped up alongside an active research program, and with the additional stresses of a reduced team size, Asha and Yonas worked diligently over long hours to ensure that all Sanaria’s needs were met.  

Despite these pressures, Asha and Yonas are always in good spirits and are among the first to lend a helping hand when needed.
