Employee of the Month – Ray Xu

The Sanaria employee of the month for December 2023 is Ray Xu.  Ray is a member of the Facilities team, responsible for the support, operation, and maintenance of the cGMP CMF and utilities as well as managing the scheduling of all the facility and equipment calibration/PM programs. Ray is the definition of a dedicated and diligent worker to the point where it’s a running gag between teams that it takes 3 people to handle his job should he be absent. He is an inspiration to his team and is always encouraging them to learn more about processes and about the facility itself. He is always on call and it’s pretty common to find him here over the weekend, early in the morning and sometimes late at night responding to an alarm call. His contributions are tremendous and he manages to keep positive spirits while juggling multiple tasks.

Ray attended the University of Waterloo in Canada and received his Masters of Electrical Engineering. Ray began at Sanaria in 2006.
