Employee of the Month: Swagatika Swain

The Sanaria employee of the month for April 2024 is Swagatika Swain. Swagatika is a member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible overseeing the Quality operation at Sanaria. This includes auditing (both external/internal audits), training, Manufacturing batch record review and disposition, reviewing CR, deviations and CAPA’s. Overall, she is responsible for all the quality relevant job functions and requirements.

Swagatika was nominated for employee of the month for her constant dedication towards Novatek tasks, how efficiently she manages her team, and her assistance with helping validation in closing many tasks. A lot of our change controls were closed in the past couple of weeks during which, her team was down a member. Her efforts to make up for the shortage of staff in her team has been the driving reason for her nomination.

Swagatika received her Masters in Environmental Biology and Biostatistics from Berhampur University, Orissa, India.  She joined Sanaria in June, 2021.
