Employee of the Month: Yonas Abebe

One of our two employees of the month for February is Yonas. With clinical studies starting in three different countries, Yonas took responsibility for training three different pharmaceutical operations teams, one each from Mali, Belgium and Indonesia, over an intense three-week period. Yonas ensured that all training events were scheduled, that all materials were in place for long sessions in the lab, and organized materials and documentation for all three teams and their respective sites. Outside of the training program, Yonas ensured that the trainees were entertained, well fed, and provided transport and other needs. Typical of Yonas, this was all done with great patience, kindness and helpfulness, constantly anticipating and meeting the teams’ needs. Yonas is a true ambassador for Sanaria. Yonas joined Sanaria in January, 2007.
