Employee of the Month: Silvia Marinero

Our Employee of the Month for June 2019 is Silvia Marinero.

Silvia joined Sanaria in January of 2019 as our Operations Support Assistant and has since then consistently done an outstanding job in the Clinical Manufacturing Facility and with helping our Teams with manufacturing operations. 

Silvia is very energetic, efficient, and well-organized. She has helped improve material transfer into our cleanroom areas, the organization and stocking of gowning supplies, and our GMP cleaning practices. She proactively anticipates what is needed to get the job done, has an excellent work ethic, and is very reliable.  

Silvia received her Degree in Nursing from University Andres Bello in El Salvador and her GMP facility cleaning experience from other pharmaceutical facilities in the Montgomery County, Maryland area.  We are very glad she chose to come to Sanaria.  Her hard work and commitment have greatly helped our overall GMP facility readiness and compliance.  She also sets a great team example by assisting other groups wherever she can, and by doing her work with a positive and upbeat attitude. 

We are pleased to recognize and congratulate her as Employee of the Month for her first-rate contributions to Sanaria operations.
